The CSA Menu!

One cool thing about a locally grown frozen produce CSA is that by the end of the harvest, you know what local goodies you’ll have to enjoy this winter.  A whole lot of yum.  Here are the share menus for Winter 2013-2014:

FAQ – How much of each thing?   We strive to give people “recipe-ready” quantities, like 2 cups or 3 cups, but everything must be sold by weight, so the package weights vary.   For the fruit:  organic raspberries are 8 oz, blueberries are 10 oz, organic tart cherries are 12 oz, peaches are 16 oz.   For the vegetables, most are either in 12 oz or 16 oz packages, except the slow roasted tomatoes are 8 oz; the wet things (sweet corn, pumpkin puree, stewed tomatoes) come in pint-sized plastic containers.
