December CSA share pick-up begins this week. Check here for specific details for each pick-up site. The first share includes foods to remind us of spring: asparagus, peas, sugar snap peas, strawberries and rhubarb; it also includes festive meal favorites like sweet corn and organic blueberries. Organic blueberries this year come from Carol Brooks, longtime Ann Arbor Farmers Market vendor and beloved snow cone/kettlecorn lady. And yes, you read that right – sweet shelled peas are back in the share this year!
